Common Issues & Simple Adjustments

If for some reason you do not see the toolbar on your IE5 or later web browser:
On the top of your browser click "View" then "Toolbars" then Checkmark "Worldwide Search Engine Toolbar".
If by chance your toolbar does not appear across the entire upper section of your browser you may have to adjust it.
To adjust your toolbar, simply go to "View" then "Toolbars" then take the check mark out beside "Lock the Toolbars"
Next, place your mouse over the bottom edge of where the top grey area of your browser meets the website preview area,
Adjust by resting the mouse on the very edge, which should display a double up and down arrow,
Then, while holding the left mouse button down, pull the mouse downwards, pulling the grey area down.
You should then be able to see the Worldwide Search Engine toolbar.
You can then lock the toolbar to keep it in place, simply go back to the "View" then "Toolbars" then put a check beside: "Lock the Toolbars". If for some reason you still do not see the toolbar, one of your Virus, Firewall, or Spyware programs is likely preventing it.

If for some reason your "Live Update" does not work:
Make certain all IE windows are closed. Next, remove your toolbar from the add/remove programs list in your control panel. Go back to the toolbar page, download the latest toolbar to a folder on your computer, then re-install the toolbar, by double left clicking on the downloaded worldwide.exe file (globe icon). If you have any serious problems trying to instal the toolbar, simply restart your machine and try to reinstall the new worldwide.exe file you downloaded.
